A Japanese defense aircraft carrying eight people made an emergency landing at a commercial airport in central Japan after a cockpit window slid open during its training flight. The Japan Air Self-Defense Force's C-2 transport aircraft experienced the window glitch, causing an emergency landing at Niigata airport. No injuries or damage were reported. The aircraft was examined after landing.
