Washington County approved a land use application for an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Beaverton, OR at Highway 10. The 3,885-sq-ft restaurant, with a drive-thru and outdoor seating, was initially denied in 2022. The decision can be appealed to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals by May 7th. The proposed location is next to Chick-fil-A at Southwest Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and 107th Avenue.
