In-N-Out Burger seeks Portland city approval for its first Oregon restaurant near the airport.

In-N-Out Burger, a popular California-based fast-food chain, has applied for a meeting with the City of Portland to discuss plans for its first restaurant in the city, located near the Portland International Airport. The proposed site at NE Holman Street and NE Airport Way would include a 61-car parking lot and a drive-thru lane for 31 vehicles. The meeting on January 30 is an early step in the process, and no opening date has been set.
