Singapore's Food Agency (SFA) has recalled Everest Fish Curry Masala due to excessive ethylene oxide, an unauthorized pesticide. The product, imported from India, was recalled after the Hong Kong Centre for Food Safety found levels exceeding safety limits. Consumers with the affected product (best-before date Sept 2025) are advised not to consume it and seek medical advice if concerned.
