4th person charged with murder in Palmerston North shooting of Damon O'Rourke. A 25-year-old man has been charged with murder in relation to the death of Damon O'Rourke, who was shot and later died in hospital on 20 January. Three men have already been charged with the murder. Police have maintained contact with O'Rourke's family throughout the investigation, who welcomed the news of the additional arrest.
