17-year-old charged with murder for shooting death of another teenager in east Charlotte, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. The victim, 17-year-old Kaleb Brown, was found with a gunshot wound on Boswell Road on April 12. The suspect was arrested on April 23 and charged with murder, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
