31-year-old Stephanie McPhee from Hampstead was arrested in New Hampshire for driving the wrong way on Interstate 93 while intoxicated. McPhee was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. The wrong-way driver was reported to have traveled at least seven miles before being stopped by a state trooper in Londonderry.
