Florida Atlantic University (FAU) plans to create a Holocaust museum this summer in Boca Raton, funded by significant donation from Craig and Barbara Weiner. Named the Craig and Barbara Weiner Holocaust Museum of South Florida at FAU, the 2,000-square-foot museum will be located within the Kurt and Marilyn Wallach Holocaust and Jewish Studies Building. The museum will feature authentic Holocaust artifacts and will aim to educate middle and high school students about the Holocaust.
