FIU unveils $40M CasaCuba, a new cultural center to preserve and celebrate Cuban heritage.
Florida International University (FIU) has revealed plans for the Benjamín León Jr. Building, a new $40 million cultural center called CasaCuba. The 43,000-square-foot facility will preserve and celebrate Cuban and Cuban American heritage, featuring galleries, classrooms, and event venues. Designed by HKS Architects and set to begin construction soon, CasaCuba aims to be a hub for cultural programming and community engagement.
