46-year-old federal offender, Colin Palmer, wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his day parole, was arrested by the Hamilton Police Service. Unlawfully at large, Palmer frequently visited Six Nations, Hamilton, and Cambridge areas. Currently serving a 2-year, 10-month sentence for two counts of trafficking-related drug offenses, the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E) Squad announced his arrest.
