58-year-old Everet Telgen, a parole violator with a Canada-wide warrant, is sought by the Ontario Provincial Police's Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad. He is connected to weapons and drug offenses and has breached his day parole, frequently visiting Brockville, Kingston, and Ottawa. Telgen is currently serving a seven-year sentence for possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon and five counts of possession of a Schedule I/II substance for trafficking. The ROPE Squad and Crimestoppers are asking for the public's help in locating him.
