A five-year-old girl in Cardiff, Wales, sustained minor injuries when a speeding grey BMW hit her while she was on her scooter with her family on Sloper Road. The incident, which occurred on March 24, was captured on CCTV footage. The car overtook a vehicle at the junction of Langham Way and Sloper Road, mounted the pavement, hit the girl, and drove off. South Wales Police are investigating the case and appealing for information or witnesses.
