On October 15, a serious collision on the M40 motorway near junction 16 involved a stationary blue BMW X2 and a white BMW estate, injuring a passenger in his 80s. The incident occurred around 12:30 PM when the blue BMW struck the parked vehicle. Warwickshire Police are investigating and request that witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage contact them for further information. The injured man was taken to Heartlands Hospital.
