3 seriously injured in Brooklyn after 89-year-old driver confuses pedals, loses control of vehicle, striking a man on a scooter, a parked car with a 20-year-old man inside, and a pedestrian on the sidewalk before crashing into a building. The elderly driver and a female passenger suffered minor injuries. All victims were hospitalized with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
