The family of Nigerian businessman, Abimbola Ogunbanjo, killed in a Southern California helicopter crash filed a lawsuit claiming the flight should have been grounded due to poor weather conditions. The crash in February killed five others, including Nigeria's Access Bank CEO, Herbert Wigwe, and his family. The family alleges that Orbic Air LLC, the charter company, flew the helicopter despite a "wintry mix" of snowy and rainy conditions in the Mojave Desert.
