Large meteor, or fireball, streaks across New Jersey sky, visible in surrounding states.

Residents reported seeing the green flash in at least seven New Jersey towns, as well as parts of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York. The American Meteor Society received dozens of reports about the fireball between 3:40 and 3:55 a.m.
