Fargo police standoff ends with two in custody after a 3-hour standoff at a residential area in south Fargo. Police attempted to arrest 39-year-old Joshua Steckroat, wanted for an outstanding probation violation warrant, who hid in a garage. During the standoff, 35-year-old Rebecca Wilkin was also arrested for an outstanding warrant for marijuana possession. Both are now held at the Cass County Jail.
