Man arrested after fleeing police in West Fargo, facing multiple charges including felony fleeing.

David Jacobsen, a 42-year-old from Moorhead, was arrested in West Fargo after a brief police chase early Monday morning. Initially found seemingly unconscious in his car at a Circle K gas station, Jacobsen fled when approached by police. Despite stop sticks, he was stopped using a pursuit intervention technique. Jacobsen faces charges including felony fleeing, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under suspension with multiple warrants.
