54-year-old Florence woman, Tammie J. Ivy, was killed in a motorcycle crash in Lauderdale County, Alabama, on Saturday. Ivy's 1993 Harley-Davidson motorcycle veered off the road, striking a ditch and a tree. A passenger on the motorcycle was injured and airlifted to Huntsville Hospital for treatment. The accident occurred on Lauderdale County 19 near Kimbrough Lane, approximately 10 miles west of Florence.
