South Africa's Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana invites public comments on draft amendments to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Control Regulations by April 19. The proposed amendments aim to strengthen the country's financial system and enhance reporting of cash or bearer negotiable instruments conveyance into or out of South Africa, combatting money laundering and terrorist financing. The invitation for comments was published on April 8.
