Italy's retail sales increased 0.1% in February, marking the first rise in three months, according to ISTAT. Food sales increased 0.1%, while non-food items sales advanced 0.2%. Year-on-year, retail sales value growth rose to 2.4% from 1.0% in January, and retail sales volumes increased 0.1% monthly and 0.3% annually. This comes after 18 months of consecutive falls in retail sales volume.
