40 years after a murder victim was found near Borrego Springs, San Diego County authorities are seeking the public's help to identify the man and solve the cold case. The body, discovered on Oct. 26, 1985, near Highway S-22, was in an advanced state of decomposition and ruled a homicide. The victim's distinctive tattoos, including a wolf howling at a red moon and the word "Life" or "Wife," may hold key information to his identity.
