Winnipeg police arrested four individuals after a traffic stop revealed a loaded handgun with a tampered serial number, drugs, and cash. Officers found 16 grams of meth, 3.6 grams of fentanyl, three grams of cocaine, and $9,300 in cash. One suspect, a 42-year-old man, remains in custody, while the other three were released on undertakings. All are charged with drug trafficking and weapons offenses.
