Disabled woman with PIP letter denied entry to Knowsley Safari Park due to missing access card.
Ellie Greenaway, a disabled woman from St Helens, visited Knowsley Safari Park on April 3 but was allegedly refused entry as she lacked a specific access card. Despite showing her PIP disability letter, the park insisted all carers must present the required Nimbus card upon entry. Knowsley Safari Park expressed regret over the incident and stated they would look into it further.
