21-year-old pre-med student at the University of Florida, Emmanuel Espinoza, stabbed his mother to death in Polk County, Florida on Saturday afternoon. Espinoza drove to his mother's home for a family event and began stabbing her, 46-year-old Elvia Espinoza, when she answered the door. He confessed to the crime after calling 911 and is currently in custody, facing first-degree murder charges.
