25-year-old Leslie Lopez was arrested and charged with collision involving death after hitting and killing 21-year-old Kimberly Alissa Espinoza in a hit-and-run incident in East El Paso. Espinoza was attempting to cross the street through a non-designated area when she was struck. A witness followed the suspect, leading to her arrest at the 900 block of Duskin Drive, nearly two miles from the scene.
