23-year-old Sonny Garcia, a Texas man, was driving under the influence of alcohol when his pickup truck collided head-on with an eastbound car on Highway 14 near Rochester, Minnesota. Both drivers, Garcia and 19-year-old Odin Kamel, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to St. Marys Hospital for treatment. The State Patrol anticipates criminal charges against Garcia in connection with the crash.
