66-year-old Truman Freeman, suspected DWI driver, caused a head-on collision on Bulverde Road in San Antonio, critically injuring a 33-year-old woman in the Chevrolet Cruze. Freeman's blood alcohol level was found to be at least .15, above the legal limit of .08 in Texas, leading to his arrest and charges of suspicion of DWI with a blood alcohol level of over .15. The condition of the Chevrolet driver remains unknown.
