29-year-old Jeron Marvin Lee Davis of Lakeville, Minnesota admitted to a federal charge related to an attempted armed robbery of a credit union in February. Davis pointed a "pistol-grip assault rifle" at the manager and demanded the vault be opened, but left after stealing the manager's wallet. He pleaded guilty to one count of attempted bank robbery at the Federal Courthouse in St. Paul and his sentencing hearing has not been scheduled.
