78-year-old Georgios Tsikoudis was arrested for exposing himself to customers at a Bealls and a TJ Maxx in Port St. Lucie. He was charged with three counts of exposure of sexual organs. The first incident occurred in September at TJ Maxx, followed by the second in March at Bealls. Tsikoudis was identified through surveillance footage and a bulletin released by detectives.
