65-year-old Timothy Bush arrested in Victoria after Victoria police officers see him expose himself to a 12-year-old girl on a BC Transit bus. Bush is charged with one count of committing an indecent act and one count of exposing genitalia to a minor. The arrest followed a surveillance project initiated after police received information about a suspect committing indecent acts on transit buses.
