Ontario judge declares panhandling law parts unconstitutional, violating freedom of expression rights.

The case was launched by the Fair Change legal clinic against the Safe Streets Act, which has faced two constitutional challenges since 2000. The court ruled that banning panhandling in certain places violates freedom of expression rights.
