Hot air balloon pilot Cornelius van der Walt, 37, had elevated levels of ketamine in his system during the fatal Arizona crash in January which killed four people, including himself. Van der Walt, originally from South Africa, was piloting the balloon when it crashed into an empty field, 65 miles southeast of Phoenix, after an unspecified problem. The balloon had been carrying 13 people, including eight skydivers who had jumped before any issues with the balloon arose.
