Human remains suspected to be an infant found in a South Florida waste dump, under police investigation.
West Palm Beach police are investigating after human remains, believed to be an infant, were found in a South Florida solid waste dump. A worker at the Solid Waste Authority's renewable energy facility discovered the remains on the tipping floor, where garbage trucks dump their loads. Detectives are now reviewing all the surveillance video from the facility, and an investigation is underway to identify the remains.
