Howard Hughes Holdings (HHH) board member Scot Sellers replaces Bill Ackman as chairman at the upcoming annual meeting. Ackman, who founded Pershing Square Capital Management, will retire from the HHH board but remains a major shareholder. Ben Hakim, a Pershing Square Partner, is nominated to join the Howard Hughes board. HHH focuses on large-scale mixed-use community development and reported record 2023 residential price-per-acre.
