45-year-old Jun Yan from Fresh Meadows, New York was arrested in Rockingham County, Virginia after police found 123 lbs of marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Interstate 81. Yan is charged with possessing marijuana with intent to distribute and transporting more than five pounds of marijuana into the Commonwealth. The estimated street value of the seized marijuana is over $500,000.
