45-year-old Jun Yan from Fresh Meadows, New York was arrested in Rockingham County, Virginia after police found 123 lbs of marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Interstate 81. Yan is charged with possessing marijuana with intent to distribute and transporting more than five pounds of marijuana into the Commonwealth.
