91 pounds of marijuana and 2.2 grams of crack cocaine were discovered in a traffic stop on I-80 in Lancaster County. Deputies arrested 57-year-old Jon Montoya of California for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of cocaine, and evading a drug stamp. The drugs were found during a probable cause search of a Subaru Outback, which was pulled over for several traffic violations.
