Myanmar celebrated the eighth anniversary of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) in Nay Pyi Taw, with Myanmar's Deputy Prime Minister expressing gratitude to China for setting up a special fund that has supported Mekong countries and contributed to Myanmar's economic and social development. The LMC, initiated in 2016, involves China, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam and aims to promote regional development and well-being.
