Flagstaff City Council approved fundings for affordable rental units downtown.

The Flagstaff City Council has approved $3.5m for the construction of 139 affordable rental units in the city centre, with funding coming from a 2022 voter-approved ballot proposition. The units will serve seniors and families earning up to 80% and 60% of the area median income, respectively. This initiative aligns with Flagstaff's 10-year housing plan that aims to create homes for all income levels.
