A Massachusetts teacher, Kathryn Rousseau, has been charged with three counts of assault and battery on a person with intellectual disabilities after allegedly abusing three pre-K students in her care at Mitchell Elementary School in Bridgewater. Rousseau, 56, pleaded not guilty in Brockton District Court. She was released on personal recognizance and is prohibited from contacting the children, their families, and school witnesses.
