25-year-old Deontra Jones was arrested by Richland County Sheriff's Department after he reportedly shot at construction workers due to feeling his dog had been disrespected. The incident occurred at around 2:45 pm on Tuesday, in the 100 block of Rockyknoll Drive. Jones faces charges of pointing and presenting and breach of peace of a high and aggravated nature, with no injuries reported.
