Asda has reduced its electric vehicle charging points in UK stores to just 46 operational devices, following the termination of its partnership with BP Pulse. This leaves Asda as the only major supermarket to cut down on charging devices in 2023, while competitors like Tesco and Morrisons are investing in electric vehicle technology. Asda now has functional chargers at only 2% of its locations.
