A speeding red sedan collided with a minivan near Edmonton, injuring four people seriously.
A serious motor vehicle collision occurred near Edmonton on Saturday, resulting in four people being seriously injured. A Stony Plain Community Peace officer attempted to stop a speeding red sedan, which ignored multiple red lights before colliding with a minivan. Both the driver and passenger of the minivan were hospitalized with serious, life-threatening injuries, while the driver and passenger of the sedan sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The Parkland RCMP are investigating the incident.
