52-year-old Okaloosa Island woman, Kim Keeling, is charged with kidnapping and interference with custody of a child after allegedly snatching a 2-year-old from her mother and locking herself inside her apartment. The mother broke a window trying to retrieve her child, prompting a deputy to climb through the broken window and arrest Keeling, who claimed she took the child due to fear of her falling down stairs.
