20-year-old Veo Kelly, suspected of stabbing twin sisters in Brooklyn over the weekend, turned himself in to police. Kelly is accused of stabbing 19-year-old Samyia Spain, who was killed, and her twin sister, after they rejected his advances at a deli in Park Slope. The suspect, who was intoxicated, reportedly demanded their contact information and became aggressive when they did not comply.
