Former TV news anchor Joseph Scanlan, 27, in Nebraska was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and two misdemeanor counts of intimidation by phone call or electronic communication. An arrest warrant was issued in December after a woman filed for a protection order against Scanlan, accusing him of harassment through texts, social media, and handwritten notes. Despite a protection order, Scanlan continued to contact the woman using a KSNB account.
