Robert Cole Parmalee, 40, was arrested by University of Connecticut (UConn) police for stalking and harassment of a UConn student-athlete. The investigation began in June after staff reported harassing emails sent by Parmalee, who has no known ties to the university. Initially detained in Connecticut on unrelated charges, he was released when those charges were dropped. Parmalee now faces multiple charges and is held on a $100,000 bond, scheduled for court on Monday.
