They targeted Chinese nationals with fraudulent gold and Chinese medicine investment schemes. The suspects, aged 27-36, were detained with 14 mobile phones and pre-paid cards seized. They are investigated under the Penal Code for cheating, criminal conspiracy, and immigration law violations.
