58-year-old Salvatore Longo of Cos Cob was arrested for a fatal hit-and-run incident in Stamford, CT, in November. Marie Jean-Charles, 74, was crossing West Main Street when she was hit by a vehicle believed to be traveling at high speed. Longo denied involvement but was identified early in the investigation and charged with misconduct with a motor vehicle and evading responsibility.
