31-year-old Hong Kong man, Wong Tsz Kin, arrested in Phuket for operating an unlicensed tour company, working as an unlicensed tour guide, and violating work permit laws. Wong sold tour packages to Chinese tourists online, picked them up in a car, and served as their tour guide at various island attractions. He was handed over to Karon police station for legal action.
